The High court has ordered the DCI to release nine vehicles to Barclays bank of Kenya, which moved to court, seeking to attach the vehicles over a loan advanced to CMC Di Ravenna Italy, saying it will give an undertaking not to dispose the vehicles, meant for the construction of Itare dam.
