Former Member of Parliament for Mbooni constituency Kisoi M+unya is on the spot for running a tertiary institution illegally. Kisoi founded two organizations to offer scholarships to needy students one being a college that was deregistered in 2011. Over 500 students said to have received the scholarships, were required to pay close to 19,000 shillings to be enrolled and now the school has been down dimming the student’s education.
