Governors to subject nurses who went on strike to disciplinary actions

Disciplinary proceedings will be instituted against nurses who failed to report on duty last month, the national and county government coordinating summit has warned. In a joint communique, the summit also noted that any vacancies for recruitment of nurses arising from normal attrition such as resignations and retirement will be filled on contract terms in both levels of governments.
