A 40?year?old man is expected to be charged in a Busia court for defiling a nine?year?old girl and giving her 130 shillings not to report the matter.  Sylvester Barasa Bwire, a pump attendant at a local petrol station in buying village, Busia county, is said to have committed the crime on January 15th and 18th when the girl went to buy kerosene at the pump. The suspect lured her into his house, just a few meters from his work station and committed the heinous act.
