It is now emerging that two police officers have been terrorizing residents of Embakasi village in Embakasi east constituency. Aside from being haunted by allegations of a murder that took place three weeks ago; tonight we show you a clip of the officers caught on camera beating a man black and blue. The officers handcuffed Anthony Bandi before beating him and locking him in police cells for three days never to be taken to court.
