The employment and labour relations court has directed 4 officials of the Kenya national union of nurses to appear before it on the 26th of February to show cause why they should not be prosecuted over contempt of court. The nurses’ union leaders are accused of failing to adhere to a court order requiring them to suspend their strike to allow room for conciliation talks.
