Senate majority leader Kipchumba Murkomen has challenged the national executive to involve the senate and the public in rallying support for the big four agenda.  Speaking at a senate leadership meeting in Kiambu County, Murkomen said the big four agenda risks failure for allegedly being shrouded in secrecy.  Murkomen says majority of the issues tackled under the big four agenda are devolved functions and the senate and counties should be included in the policy making process.
