Migori governor Okoth Obado asks court to return his passport

Migori governor Okoth Obado has returned to court seeking a review his bail terms. Obado is asking the court to return his passport to allow him travel abroad. He also wants to be allowed to transit Homabay County.  The governor is accused of killing former Rongo university student Sharon Otieno and her unborn baby. Obado was co?accused with his former personal assistant Michael Oyamo and Caspal Obiero.the case will be mentioned on march 20 for pretrial conference  to  ascertain  whether the prosecution  has supplied all documentary evidence  they will relying on during the trial ends.
