Postmortem shows Caroline Mwatha died from excessive internal and external bleeding

The post?mortem examination results for the late Caroline Mwatha Ochieng, the human rights defender whose body was found at the city mortuary two days ago died from a botched abortion. An independent autopsy conducted today afternoon at the Umash funeral home  confirms that the late activist died from excessive internal and external bleeding with her uterus disfigured .dr peter Ndegwa representing the family said the foetus was established to between 5?6months....the blinding realization now has prompted human rights defenders to petition for a speedy investigation to understand whether this was an induced abortion or done willingly.police have arrested a number of people in connection to the occurrence.
