The dice is cast for 5 top Kenyan banks that aided in the theft of public money in the National Youth Service scandal the office of the director of public prosecution is constituting a team of prosecutors to review files of the 5 banks accused of facilitating the theft of 9 billion shillings in the NYS 2 scam. The banks include Standard  Chartered Bank, Kenya Commercial bank, Equity bank, Diamond trust bank and Cooperative bank
