Residents of Tiaty have for decades been suffering when it comes to access to justice

Residents of Tiaty in Baringo County have for decades been suffering when it comes to access to justice.

 Some have been walking for over 100 kilometer to the nearest corridors of justice, that is the Kabarnet Law Courts in search of justice but there seems to have been found a temporary solution at least for now but not without challenges.

The magistrate courts in Kabarnet have embarked on hosting some of its sittings under trees in Ng’inyang and Loruk in a bid to bring services closer to the people. Our reporter caught up with one of the court sittings in Ng’inyang area, Baringo County
