St. Joseph's Ganjala Secondary sent six girls home for refusing to shave

Six girls including a form four student from St. Joseph's Ganjala secondary in Funyula, Busia County have been sent home for refusing to shave because of their faith. The girls who are members of ‘Message of the hour Assemblies church’ in Matayos were paraded in front of other students then asked to leave the school compound. Their parents have decided to seek legal help for their daughters to go back to school.
