Supreme court overturns a judgment by court of appeal for muslim students to wear hijabs

24th January, 2019

A magistrate court will Friday hear and determine whether it will grant bond to seven more terror suspects linked to the Dusit D2hotel attack and whether to allow police toDetain them for further investigations. The court failed to hear and determine the application filed by both side today after one of the suspects failed to present his affidavit on the bond application. The suspects, Hassan Abdi Nur, Ismael Sadiq Abitham, Ali Khamisi Ali, Abdinoor Maalima Osmail, Abdullahi Muhumed Hassan and Diamond Trust Manager Sophia Njoki Mbogo were arraigned before the court on Wednesday where they are expected to be charged for allegedly aiding and possible financing of the terror attack that took place at Riverside last week where 21 people were killed
