Labour gaps in Kenya as the country launch ambitious projects

The government is grappling with skill shortages in achieving the big four agenda even as trainees shun technical programmes for business, engineering and architecture. A survey conducted by the human resource planning, development and utilization unit of the ministry of labor indicates moderate to low performance in regard to skills development for the economic agenda.
