To the corridors of justice now where Queen’s Council Khawar Qureshi has been allowed to proceed in prosecuting the Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu's graft case. The court has also given similar orders to have defense lawyers James Orengo and Okongó Omogeni to be part of the case.  The court said the petitions that sought to bar the two parties from the ongoing case lacked merit.  The case continues on 14th February this year.
