A man was this morning arrested in Shauri Moyo over the death of his two daughters. The man identified as Joseph Simiyu is alleged to have killed his two daughters aged 3 and 10 years by poisoning them and later stabbing them in their one-roomed house. Simiyu and the two girls were last seen by neighbors on Sunday and it remains unclear when they were killed. Neighbors say Simiyu and his wife engaged in constant quarrels over unresolved domestic disputes.  His wife had since left their house in Shauri Moyo. Angry neighbors bayed for his blood following the discovery of the bodies, he was saved from an irate mob by police. He had a stab wound in the stomach which he claimed was inflicted by gangsters who killed his children.
