Almost two weeks since the late Carilton Maina a UK based university student was killed in cold blood in Kibera slums, Kenyan security teams are still mum on who pulled the trigger. Despite mounting pressure from civil society organizations for quick action, no one has been arrested. The killing has now brought back the debate on extrajudicial killings.
