For many people, the mention of HIV amounts to a death sentence. Yet to some, HIV and aids is just a condition that can be managed. That is the story of Thomas Wuoto, who after his wife walked out on him, met and fell in love with another woman who was living with the HIV virus. Although Thomas was HIV negative at the time, he says that his love for Margaret Lavonga was stronger than the stigma that comes with the condition. For fifteen years, Thomas and Margaret has lived happily together.
