Devolution cabinet secretary Eugene Wamalwa has urged sports stakeholders to put more resources into the industry so as to encourage more sportsmen and women to perform better. Wamanlwa said this at the 6th edition of the Magarhibi awards that took place in Bungoma county where top sports personalities were urged to desist from doping.
