Seven suspects among them managers of National Cereals and Produce Board silos in Kisumu and Eldoret, who were arrested on Monday in connection with fraudulent payments are free on bond. They have been released on a police bond of 100,000 shillings each. The seven, six of whom were held at the Kisumu railway port police station, are expected to be arraigned in court Thursday as the anti?corruption court was not sitting today due to the Jamhuri day break.
