Ethics and anti?corruption commission officers today pounced on five officials of the national cereals and produce board and two other people suspected of involvement in loss of billions of shillings for payment of maize farmers in grain growing areas in the country. But one woman Victoria Rotich has come out publicly to defend herself and her son over claims that she is part of a cartel that benefited from payments at the NCPB at the expense of genuine farmers.
