Former City Hall employee arraigned and charged with fraud and forgery

A former employee of the defunct Nairobi City Council was today arraigned in a Nairobi court and charged with fraudulently making and dishing out Nairobi County Government documents, claiming to be an officer from the office of the director of urban planning and housing. Paul Misori Orago was accused of fraudulently obtaining two hundred and fifty thousand shillings  from a Korean missionary, being payment for the approval of a building plan for the construction of a Sunday school structure in Lavington purporting it to be a genuine letter issued and signed by the Director Urban Planning and Housing.
