The director of public prosecutions, Noordin Hajji, has approved three charges against outgoing Kenya pipeline company managing director joe sang and five others in the case of alleged misappropriation of public funds in the company’s procurement and construction of Kisumu oil jetty at an estimated cost of Ksh 2 billion.
Meanwhile, the director of the Directorate of criminal investigations, George Kinoti, says many more arrests in relation to loss of funds at KPC and NHIF are expected even as about 20 suspects are expected to be arraigned in court on Monday.
