Nairobi governor Mike Sonko has been on the spotlight after his ban on matatus in the central business district that left many commuters in the city stranded, raising fresh questions on the governor's governance style which has been criticized in some quarters as a one?man show since the resignation of Polycarp Igathe as deputy governor earlier this year. But would things be any different in the capital had Sonko picked a deputy and how have things changed during Sonko's one year stint in power? Our political affairs reporter Murimi Mwangi interrogates.
