It will not be a walk in the park for London based Queen’s Counsel Khawar Qureshi to successfully convict deputy chief justice Philomena Mwilu over corruption allegations unless he receives 100% positive support in and outside the office of the director of public prosecutions. That is the view of majority of the legal minds in the country, even as the DPP Noordin Hajji suffered his first setback today.
