Immediate former Chief Justice Willy Mutunga, former Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto, former Senate Speaker Ekwe Ethuro and a number of pioneer devolution leaders are set to grace the closing ceremony of the inter?governmental relations technical committee (IGRTC) devolution forum in Kisumu. The technical committee, created by the intergovernmental relations act 2012 is charged with the responsibility of ensuring proper working relations between the two levels of governments, and between county governments, by addressing any conflicts that may arise.
