Legislators stand firm in solidarity on Pay bill despite opposition from President Uhuru and Raila

Legislators affiliated to the opposition NASA are now headed for a clash with opposition chief and ODM Party leader Raila Odinga over a move by mps to increase their allowances. Majority of the legislators argue that neither the coalition nor ODM Party has taken a common stand on the parliamentary service bill that seeks to anchor the MPS allowances into law as well as see each of the legislators given a government vehicle.
