As the 70th celebrations on the human rights declaration beckons, a survey by amnesty international now reveals that majority of Kenyans believe the law is being applied Selectively. The survey points out that the police force and the government are the biggest violators of human rights. The poll also renders a major blow to the 
Government’s implementation of the big four agenda with 59% of Kenyans having no clue on the government’s top four plans for its citizens.
