21st November, 2018

A section of matatu owners are threatening to withdraw their membership from the matatu owners association citing poor representation. The owners claim the woes facing them at the moment is as a result of failure by the association’s chair Simon kimutai to address their grievances and forward to the relevant authorities as expected. The disgruntled matatu owners claim they continue to face constant harassment from the traffic police even as they attempt to adhere to the new traffic laws.
