Brian Kiplagat, Dominic Kimutai, Joakim Kibet and Collins Kiptanui who are all aged between 19-24 years were arrested after members of the public tipped the DCI of a fake ‘Uwezo Fund’ website.

DCI revealed that the four men created a website similar to Uwezo Fund, aggressively marketing on social media and using First Lady Margaret Kenyatta’s name to entice unsuspecting Kenyans
