President Uhuru leads the Nation in mourning the late Archbishop Njenga

13th November, 2018

President Uhuru Kenyatta, his deputy William Ruto are among national Leaders who joined the Catholic faithful in the funeral mass of  Emeritus John Njenga which has been on going at the University of Nairobi's main Campus. The late arch bishop died on 4th November. He has been celebrated as a cleric of rare breed and as a selfless peaceful leader. Archbishop Njenga Retired in 2005 as the archbishop of Mombasa. As such, his burial site will be a Crypt that is a room under the floor of a church where bodies are buried at the Holy Family Basilica.
