Commuters across the country are staring at a transport crisis beginning this morning with the implementation of the NTSA and the traffic act regulations for public service vehicles.  The government and PSV operators have locked horns over the regulations, with the government warning of a major crackdown on non-compliant PSVs and operators planning a nationwide strike to contest the enforcement of the regulations.
