A five?judge?bench constituted by chief justice David Maraga will from December 6th begin hearing a case in which his deputy Philomena Mwilu is challenging her prosecution over bribery and abuse of office charges. And as KTN political affairs reporter Murimi Mwangi now tells us the five-judge bench chaired by high court judge Hellen Omondi begun its settings as the office of the director of public prosecution and the attorney general objected enjoinment of three more parties into the suit including
the federation of women lawyers.
