One candidate from kandara, Muranga County was not fortunate like her colleagues to write her final primary school examination today. 14?year old Lucy Wangui Ndegwa succumbed to rabies early Wednesday at her parents’ home in Rukira village just as she was preparing to sit her exams at Mwitingiri primary school. The girl sat her day one exams on Tuesday but did not live to complete the exams. Family and friends are mourning the death of Lucy who has been on medication for rabies since September.
