TV journalist Jacque Maribe has been freed on bond while her co?accused in the case involving the murder of Monica Kimani,  Joseph Irungu will stay in remand throughout the trial the high court denied Irungu's request for bail on grounds that he was a flight risk and would also interfere with witnesses in the murder of Monica Kimani.
