KCPE 2018 begins: Government warns against cheating

Kenya certificate of primary education examination kicks off today with one million candidates expected to write their mathematics paper this morning. The Government has given assurance to the candidates that they will get placement in form one next year. This year’s National examinations will be cabinet secretary Amina Mohamed’s first assignment in managing the exercise since taking over from Dr. Fred Matiangí whose tenure saw Radical reforms in the education sector. The examinations which have gotten off to a smooth start in most parts of the country will be completed on Thursday this week, with Results expected before the end of the year.
