Kwale poor schools: Kwale candidates not in good shape for the national exams

Rehearsals for the Kenya certificate of primary education examinations will be conducted today countrywide......ahead of the exercise which kicks off tomorrow. Slightly over one million candidates will be writing the three day examination at 27,161 centers. The government says it has put in place elaborate measures to ensure a smooth exercise vowing to seal all loopholes that could lead to cheating and compromising the integrity of the examination. Security arrangements have also been made to ensure that candidates in troubled areas are able to do the examinations without a hitch.
