Tatu city is not dead and is tax compliant. This is the message Stephen Jennings, the founder of Rendeavour is sending to people whom he says want to destruct the country’s biggest city project. The developer is asking the Directorate of Criminal investigation to investigate people who he alleges want to earth the project. Embattled Tatu city has a stream of court battles and is the second largest investment in Kenya after the standard gauge railway.
