Migori Governor Okoth Obado is yet to taste freedom 11 hours after he was

 released by the High Court. Obado was granted a 5 million shillings cash bail and

sureties of the same amount. But he will be spending another night in

  remand after he failed to process the bail due to undisclosed technicalities with

documents presented as sureties. High Court Judge Jessie Lesiit

   released Obado on stringent bail conditions as his two co-accused were

     denied bail.
