Agriculture CS Mwangi Kiunjuri is now blaming investigative agencies for sleeping on the job over the maize scandal. The CS claims that the ethics and anti-corruption commission, as well as Directorate of Criminal Investigations, are to blame over the controversial maize Payments involving the national cereals and Produce Board.
