North Horr Member of Parliament Chachu Ganya and his Saku counterpart Ali Rasso will spend the night behind bars after extensive grilling by the directorate of criminal investigations over fresh clashes in Marsabit. The duo, the state says, have some explanations to make regarding sporadic ethnic attacks that has so far claimed 14 lives and displaced hundreds.
