In a surprise twist of events, the country’s power utility firm Kenya Power have struck an out of court deal with former law society of Kenya Chief Executive Apollo Mboya in a high profile electricity billing case. The case had allegedly seen hundreds of Kenyans receive overpriced bills which caused a public uproar forcing the power company to re?bill consumers.
