The 408 million shilling graft case against Kenya Power Senior Managers failed to start after crucial documents went missing from the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. The documents, a report by the Energy Regulatory Commission and the Public Procurement Oversight Authority form the basis of the graft charges against the former Kenya Power Managing Director Ben Chumo, his successor Ken Tarus and 17 others. DPP Nordin Haji has ordered investigations into circumstances under which the documents disappeared.
