High Court judge justice James Wakiaga has officially taken over the high profile murder case involving journalist Jackie Maribe and Joseph Irungu.

Wakiaga takes over from justice Jessie Lessit who last week directed the matter be heard by a different judge. but even before the new judge settles down on the new role he is setting the rules of engagement which now appear to brush the Kenyan media the wrong way.
