How Eugene Wamalwa once launched a "failed" project

Devolution Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa has shared how once while serving as Cabinet Secretary in the Water ministry launched a "failed" project.
While speaking at the water sharing pact meeting at the Stanley Hotel Tuesday morning, he recalled how he had been invited to commission a borehole in Kajiado County.
The event wasn't to be however as engineers attending the function told him that the exploration had yielded low reserves for the borehole.
The Nol Turesh inter-county pact that is to be signed seeks to resolve conflict around the resource from Kajiado County.
