The owners of the Home Boyz Bus which claimed the lives of 56 people following an accident at Fort Ternan in Kericho County will remain in police custody until Friday.

Bernard Shitiabayi and Cleophas Shimanyula who were arrested on Wednesday were arraigned before the court in Molo this morning.

They appeared before the Molo Chief Magistrate as the National Transport and Safety Authority said it will seek to put a cap on the age limit of Public Service Vehicle drivers.
