9th October, 2018

Citizen TV journalist Jackie Maribe now stares at the hangman’s noose should

the state prove murder charges preferred against her for the death of slain businesswoman Monica Kimani. Maribe together with her fiancée Joseph Irungu were today formally charged with the murder of Monica Kimani and will remain in remand as the journalist awaits mental examination at the Mathare hospital to determine if she can stand a murder trial.

Reports also show that the state now intends to turn one of the suspects in police custody Bryan Kassaine into a state witness.
