What would you do if a rare disease cripples you yet you are the sole breadwinner of a family of 8? How would you manage to attend to a blind and aging husband while keeping your hands busy to feed and pay school fees for six children?  Well, it certainly is a complicated challenge, one that a 45 year old woman has carried on her shoulders for 16 years.
