President Uhuru Kenyatta has issued a stern warning to officials of the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) for mishandling funds meant to pay maize farmers.

Speaking during the Nairobi international trade fair at Jamhuri grounds today, the head of state, said that the money to pay maize farmers was catered for in the budget and would be disbursed from today.
