Ugandan house help suspected to have murdered her Kenyan employer produced in court

A house help suspected to have murdered her employer and the deceased's three-month-old son has pleaded not guilty to murder charges. Jacqueline Auma, the Ugandan born maid, while appearing before Justice Fred Ochieng at the High Court in Kisumu denied killing Elizabeth Elizabeth Achieng Ojwang and Leon Benedict Okoth on the 6th of June 2018 in Muhoroni, Kisumu County.  The 26-year-old will stay in police custody until 6th of November this year where the hearing will begin. Kisumu High Court denied Auma bail after prosecution ruled that she was a flight risk, having escaped to Uganda after the June twin murder incident.
